How to prepare for installation (all licenses)

Read the following instructions carefully. If you have any questions, our support is at your disposal!

Please check the following before installation:

• Have the system requirements been met?

  In general, make sure to keep your system up to date. This also applies to updating the operating system and the driver software for hardware and system components, e.g. graphics cards.

• Is the license information - customer number and license key - available?
• Is the download link available?
• Do you have installation rights? If you do not have these rights, contact your system administrator.
• Has the installation been agreed with your system administrator?

Make sure that:

• For update installations, all project data is backed up.
• The application is closed at all workstations
• Firewall, virus scanner and similar applications are disabled
• All other programs are closed (also e.g. data backup routines)
