Even after a successfully completed initial installation, it may happen that program files do not work properly later or have been removed, e.g. due to system crashes, subsequent installations or unintentional deletion.
The operating system's Event Viewer provides information about the damaged component ('Control Panel' => 'Administrative Tools' => 'Event Viewer' => 'Application Log'). Events that have the entry 'MsiInstaller' in the 'Source' column are relevant. You can also contact our support team with this information.

Auto-repair
If the application detects during runtime that files are suddenly missing or corrupt, it automatically starts the auto-repair mechanism without user intervention.
Do not cancel the process, otherwise the message will appear repeatedly: The repair will continue until all files are installed correctly.
Maintenance (repair, removal)
If you start the same installation routine (setup.exe) again after the successfully completed initial installation, the maintenance installation will start:

If you last ran an Internet update: The update.exe file is stored in the directory in the subdirectory \update. With this file, you can start the maintenance installation as well. If you do not know where the directory is located, you can check it in the menu in the ORCA Manager -
